Just scanned right back through this thread & yeah where the hell are all the people who said they were up for it ??!!!

I think we should name & shame them, what you think lads ?

I mean who wears the trousers in your households, Mrs not let you go boys ?!!! [8|][;)][:D][:D]

Happy to be named & shamed. Had to change all my holidays this year with work & family commitments leaving me considering another highland or Ireland tour in August/Sept like last year.

So what legally do we have to take ?

Logbook ?
Insurance documents ?
Bulbs ?
First Aid kit ?
Warning triangle ?
Reflective vest ?

We also need

Driving Licence "" Photo card and paper part

GB Stickers or Euro Plates

Headlight Conversion

Insurance Green Card (from your insurance company)

EHIC European Health Card

6 Weeks today and we will be away on our trip to Germany [:D]

And I still don't have a car or engine yet!! []

And mine doesn't run... [:(]

Not good lads, time is ticking away [8D]

Not entirely my fault. Both are over 3 months late! Hopefully picking up the car Saturday minus its front end which still needs painting. Hoping to pick up the engine end of next week but not holding my breath. This trip may well be at 50 mph for its running in period!!
