I've sold the S2.

Snag is that an S2 as good as yours going for a song will depress the values of everyone else's S2 ... Oli.
 
Now sold, buyer is frequenter here and proper Porsche enthusiast, hope he has as much fun in it as I have, its a great little car, I will miss it thats for sure. Wont be my last porsche though, dont think you got rid of me that easily![:D] Edd
 
All sorted then and the new owner is very much a Porsche enthusiast... Verging on collector now! I can imagine it's not the last we've heard of your car either. Cheers Mick
 
Thanks Edd. The car is a credit to you. Drive home was great and car drove beautifully. Easy to forget just how nicely set up these are for the driver. If time permits I will take it up to Classics at the Castle tommorrow.

Oh nice one Andrew - I'm glad you've got back in 944 ownership. I don't think you'd have found a better S2 so even after your last one you wont be wanting for anything!
 
Wow that sounds real nice , is that the one that was seen drifting on the top of that sky scraper ? I think it was a Continental Add ? You can see it on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRi3MICL3nw Did you not consider a pre-owned one ? huge saving on the cost of new ? Top choice of car Edd , have fun mate .

Not quite, the 1M was a limited run (only 450 went to UK) M car of the previous shape 1 series coupe. Its also about £40k now even used. [link=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KQrKEiUHGSI]M135i has its own drift video though.[/link] The M135i is a sub M car a little softer than the hard edged 1M but with very similar performance. Its also a fair bit cheaper. As its only been out about a year there aren't that many used M135is out there yet, what there is are largely ex-demo and dealership cars. The M135i can be had used for as little as £25k, but having got a new car heavily discounted by £6500 to £27500 being able to spec the car to my needs and own from new factory fresh made the small extra premium worthwhile imo. Only 2 weeks to go now hopefully. Edd
