"WOTY - "Jaunt to the Lakes" 2019 - 27th & 28th April

Paul and Steph,

Glad you are looking forward to it and thanks for pointing that out. I shouldn't copy/paste when I'm tired.

Also thank you so much for your kind comments; as long as members have a good time I'll be happy.

David.

Anyone fancy meeting at Hexham Services for the drive over to Penrith tomorrow morning around 8.00am to allow time for a cuppa?

We'll meet you over there.

We'll be the ones in the non-Porsche [:(]

Looks like we're going to get wet!

We are heading out along the 66 early and plan to have breakfast at Rheged, full Cumbrian [:)]

Plan to be at Rheged around 9am.

Philip & Jacquie

We plan to leave Teesside at 08:00 travelling across A66 for breakfast at Rheged at approx 09:30.

Looking forward to the weekend.

Mike and Barbara

Adam,

Sorry you can't make it.

The meal has been pre-ordered so you will need to contact the Marriott to see if they will need to charge you, being such a late cancellation. As the organiser I'm contracted for the amount of covers, so they are within their rights to charge me for your food if you do not make arrangements with them yourself. David.

Hi David - I’d already spoken to the hotel who were fine about cancelling the room and the meal so it should be fine. If there is anything to pay just let me know and I’ll settle with you on Monday.

I was tempted to come meet you for a coffee at Hexham in the morning on the motorbike but it looks like it’ll be wet so I’ll have a lie in.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Thanks to all for a great weekend “Playing Porsche” good company, great route and good conversation.

Mike and Barbara
