I'm looking for an intact plastic cover that sits over the ventilation fan, just in front of the bulkhead. Mines been butchered in the past and has started to disintegrate.

Porsche part no is 944 572 063 04 if you want to see exactly what I mean.

Mines a 91 S2, but I suspect this part was common across most model years (probably [8|] )

Thanks

James

Have you tried Exeter Porsche Centre? I seem to remember someone saying they are only about £20 new, and a used one might be as brittle as yours.

Agree with Paul on that one - I got a new one after the original one cracked badly on my previous 944. The new one I got was made of a different less brittle plastic than the original, so worth it imho.

Thanks chaps, I am sure I read a post many moons ago saying they were £££s, but if they are in the £20 region then a new one it is.

£32.13 including a 5% PCGB discount from Guildford OPC. Ordered it today while I was collecting a few items I'd ordered last week.

Excellent! I wonder what a decent used one would have cost - I'd bet it'd be more. [8|]

If I had a £ for every time someone called me to let me know they'd just picked up a bargain on e-bay.[]

You wouldn't believe the number of people who read the advert that says "hard to find part, Porsche parts are expensive, no longer available, last one we have in stock, unique opportunity". Why doesn't it occur to them to make a simple phone call to a PC and ask for a price? Or, to try one of the independant parts suppliers? Anything other than pay double the price for something to a chancer. [:'(][:'(]

Sorry. Rant over. [&:]

I have a rear wind break to fit a 968 / 944 cabrio...
Its the original Porsche version, NOT the "inferior" version sometimes sold...
As my cabrio is now with its new owner ,,,and im not looking at getting another anytime soon,,,its "spare" so somebody else might as well make good use of it..
It has all the instructions on fittment , and is as new....
Now the good weather seems to have arrived...Get the cabrio,s out + drop the roof....Without getting your "barnet" messed up...[;)][;)]
Updated add see link...

I have a pair of standard 968 torsion bars.. These are thicker than any 944 ones.
There are belived to have come from a reasonably low milage car...
I got them to fit to my S2 but as that is now gone, they are spare...
These would be good if your making a Track car,, OR fitting some KW suspension, as you will have to pull your bars out anyway to re-index...
Im after £50 for them...+ post...

I'm going to clean this thread up a bit and delete all the posts over 3 months old. Please feel free to re-post if you still have something for sale, there's no time limit but it will be easier if we lose the 7 pages of old ads! [:)]

Anyone have two 16x7 late offset teledials hanging around? I'm going to experiment with wheel sizes a bit, and the teles seem ideal, as I alrady seem to have a (totaly useless) teledial collection built up, but lack 16x7s...

FOR SALE 944S2/Turbo parts

I have for sale the following items which were purchased to repair my accident damaged S2, but were not required in the end. The general condition is good and these are all original Porsche parts.

Front Passenger Wing - Good condition with side repeaters still fitted little or no rust.
Front Drivers Wing - Fair condition, but has been repaired to the bottom lower portion, it does appear to have been a good repair. Also with side repeater fitted
Front Panel/Bumper - Good condition though has a number of scratches/scuffs nothing too significant and easily fixed. Washer jets fitted
Front Bumper mounting bar - Good condition, some oxidation to the alloy.
LH & RH Indicator units - good condition.

Whoever buys will need to have these parts painted, those items needing minor repairs are well within the scope of anyone.

Ideally I would like to sell as a complete lot and offer here first. I will, if there is no interest/offers be putting them on fLeabay at the end of the month as I cannot afford the space to store in case of a future prang.

Thanks

Stuart (07852167681)

I have the air-con compressor and support bracket off my '89 Turbo sitting in the garage. Any offers? Ben 07968 698674
