Something i have been working on!

Wow that was quick - told you it was too cheap [;)]

Do you know which series the gentleman plans to race it in ?

Speaking to the new owner he already has plans to put the car on a diet!Plus with him being quite a few kilos lighter than me he should really do well in the future Classics I am sure people missed it and will be glad of it's return in an even faster guise!!hahaha!
Loved the car but I am focused on PCGB in the 968 ,plus I literally need the space it hadn't been used since I last raced at the end of last year and I wanted to cash in on it's series win before it becomes ancient history..

Was at OPC Leicester this pm picking up some parts, talked to Glenn and conversation got on to your (ex)car! He said it's been bought by a decent chap, good to see it's fallen in to the right hands and will still be on the 'circuit'[;)]

Thread from the past Alert!*****************[:D]
Just incase anyone is in the market for a beast of a track/race car this Turbo S is currently for sale at EMC motorsport in Birmingham, the guy that bought it off me has spent alot of time and money getting her looking lovely, underneath and cosmetically,i think she has had an engine rebuild also.
No connection to me,just thought i would bring it to the attention of the Register as she was/is a really nice machine, and it might be what someone is looking for!
Before you ask i have no idea about price you would have to ask Kevin at EMC!!!!

Oh go on then Mark from the past... :)
I fancy a project not had one in ages!!
All being well, snow and transportation allowing, an old pal is coming back to me on Thursday.
Will post a couple of pics once she is back, needs some work ,going to put her back to mostly 2010 spec.
Then a couple or three races would be fun but will be a while. Will she be in better or worse nick than she is in my mind....?We will see hopefully!

What will need more work though Mark - the car or the driver?

Good luck getting it back and out racing

Seat needs to be refitted in old place my middle child is thin as,and he only just fits so I’ve got no chance 😂.

Must say it feels lighter!!,I bought the GTS lights but never fitted them and they are on now,so all the weight of the pods ,arm, the thing that moves the lights all gone. The Central locking and electric windows all gone also,It has two seats in it so one will be coming out.One other peice of the puzzle has got heavier and needs whittling down👀
