Brake fluid was changed not so long ago so wouldn't have thought it's air in the system?
 
I had a 944 of the same age when only three years old and it's brakes were the same. I drove your car and they felt like mine did.

congratulations on your lovely 944t, as said, they all have opportunities for improvement which often get gilded with while your in there improvements.
Nice 535i, it has the tail pipes toward the centre at an angle....?

They can't manage more than 2 hard stops presently, so something isn't right.
