Collected the car back today, having had PPF to all the front end, mirrors, sills and rear quarter panels plus black shark fin stone guards (Porsche) with ceramic coating to the rest

Very stylish combination Steve, like the shark fin!

Seriously considering getting my rear diffuser painted too. Who are you getting to do it and what c. Cost do you reckon?

Bless you. I had red callipers on my 991 C2S however it was GT Silver. I didn’t think red would be right with the blue and wanted a more ‘stealthy’ look. Hence rear diffuser in gloss black too. Exciting times.

Evening All,

Any updates from anyone on your GTS? News on your allocations or even better taken delivery?

Seems like there are as many for sale on pistonheads this morning as have been delivered to forum members on here...

Going rate appears to be £140k, with the RPM one at £135k reserved. I know of at least one other that sold last week at £135k from an independent Porsche dealer too

two convertibles just gone up at Amari at £170k each, one Crayon and one white

This Night Blue car will be reasonably unique in that it's a colour that has been delisted for 2022 - it was my deposit colour but was told i'd need to change to something else

Evening all
Got my C4GTS allocation confirmed the week before the recent price rises (nice!).
Build slot is end Feb, ready for collection towards end of March.
Already excited - just like a kid at Christmas :)

For those of you who have taken delivery of your 992 GTS, do you have Front Axle Lift? Is it needed or can you get away without it? Thanks in advance.

I didn’t get it and haven’t had any issues with speed bumps, car park ramps etc. I’d say unless you know of something particularly aggressive in your daily route you are fine without it. I seriously considered it but took dealers advice not to get it. I also saw it as something else electrical that could go wrong So wasn’t keen unless necessary.

Thanks both, I will leave it then if you haven't had any problems. I guess it's more of a necessary option on something like a GT3.
