Car is finished. Picked it up from its service today. Also had it detailed by Cliff before pick up. Car was lowered a bit

First drive and all I can say is its great fun. Love the character and old school feel of the car. Feels indestructible and love when it comes on boost!![:D]

Andrew, great to see your car today at Fatboys,(Well we were outside on the yellow lines! no shakes or burgers!!).
I think you have managed a great job to get it back like new ,it looks fabulous in the flesh!am only sorry I could not spend more time admiring it.
Unfortunately John my Dad was not too well so had to go home.

Am looking to go to Brands next Sunday for the F1 Masters,(Some great historic cars there.)
The club will be there so hoping for some nice weather!
Really like the link Carreraboy gave us for the Magnus Walker,Turbo cars on youtube.
Some great cars and liked his recommendation with the 5 speed gearbox is the way to go with the gearing, maybe a personal choice.

Will try to get to do some trips this year am looking to go Spa Francochamps with the RSR company, maybe hire their GT3 or something nice!
Am looking at a nice Carrera targa in Grand Prix White at the moment for a project but wish it was was a 930 Turbo.

Need to get my car Mot'd as the local Indy garage gave me such a hard time the mechanic obviously didn't like Porsches.
Can't wait for the Classics at the Castle this year!
All the best,regards Dave.
