Why is R31 listed under S E England and not S W ?

I find it bizarre that R31 (The Cotswolds) is listed in south east section when most of the Cotswolds is in Gloucestershire?
Personally think it should be listed under south west perhaps even Central but certainly not the south east which is more Essex, Kent,East Sussex and London etc
 
I agree. Consequently it was changed by the club on the website at the beginning last week and is now listed under the South West.
 
Depends on your starting point. Many parts of the Cotswolds are officially in the SW. But life’s too short…..

??
