Warrantywise or OPC Warranty?

I am with RAC and they have been excellent. My 991 is the least reliable car I have ever owned. (Still love her though).
Had nightmare in the past with OPC warranty. Ombudsman and courts involved, took 18 months before Germany acknowledged they were liable.
Personally 3rd party warranty.

Further to this post of yours I looked into RAC warranty and noticed that the policy covers a max claim of 2K per policy term..........is that sufficient cover for these cars now that they are pushing close to 10yrs....?
Never had any problem regarding a warranty claim , I intend to renew my warranty on my 991 until it’s 15 years birthday

I am a new owner of a 991.2 GTS, and I’m 50/50. On one side, I’ve heard that if you have a Porsche warranty, they will require your car to have only genuine parts like discs, brakes, etc., otherwise they will invalidate your warranty. Is that true? Also, my car came with an aftermarket exhaust. Will that be a problem?
Thanks for letting me (and probably others) know.
Unfortunately my car is already at a specialist because of the installation of the exhaust was not done properly and it due to vibrations rubbed through the A/C lines which now leaves me with an engine out job to replace them … really evaluating my options now

As for third party, I have no experience, recently. In the past, terrible.
I now have a 991.2 with an OPC warranty.

It's an OPC warranty, not a dealer warranty
I expected a larger bill for the gearbox oil change as I expected the oil pan to be replaced, given I read somewhere that the gearbox oil filter(s) were built into the pan, and would be replaced at the oil change interval..... The pan was not changed and of course I was not charged for a new oil pan.... I did ask why, but no answer given...?
