Is this in relation to your car Mike? A picture may help [&:] The only line I am aware that fits to the actual throttle body would be the one from the fuel vapour purge system if fitted? All the vacuum lines originate from the inlet manifold. Fuel damper and regulator and dump valve if you have a Turbo. Going in the other direction it goees to the vacuum resevoir via a check valve and to the HVAC unit for the solenoid valves and heater control valve.

Yes - should have posted a pic! These are the 2 vacuum points. I knocked them off when I checked the TB last night, and am not sure which is which!

There are two vacuum lines from the throttle body, one goes to the FPR and damper and one to the heater etc at the rear of the engine.

Question - which one is which?

Mike, On my 2.7 automatic your rear vacuum line goes to a T-connector by the third sparking plug from the front. The front vacuum line goes to a twin connector underneath the rear inlet manifold at the back of the cylinder head - the other connector being blanked off with a red cap. Hope that helps Mike White 2.7 automatic

Thanks Mike, that's what happens to mine too, but I don't know whichvac line attaches to which outlet on the T bpdy, or if it makes a difference!
