Transmission mount? 1989 8v

So what are the recommendations for replacing a worn out mount- assuming this is the source of horrible juddering in reverse on my slightly inclined driveway?

I’ve checked the clutch measurement which is 22-23mm and feeling the transmission it does wobble side to side on the mount and up and down under my limited force.

I’ve seen the great NC944er video and may attempt myself but as it’s going to a specialist garage on Monday anyway, I may just ask them to fit it.

I’ve seen OE mounts, fixed mounts (design 911) and I’m sure there are other options. Which are best?
 
I've got a 9 products semi solid mount. It greatly reduces the movement of the gearbox. It's a lovely piece of kit.
