Great day yesterday and thanks to the R15 organisers for laying on such a splendid event.
The route was superb taking in some of the most scintillating roads North Devon and West Somerset can offer.
The weather conditions added yet another challenge for drivers and I particularly enjoyed barrelling through the mists up on the moors. Unfortunately, some the magnificent vistas afforded from those roads were completely obscured - so not so good for the passengers. []
The Blue Ball at Countisbury and Sheppy's Cider Farm at Bradford welcomed us warmly and looked after us very well, notwithstanding it was a bank holiday weekend and they were very busy.
Here are a couple of photos at Sheppy's, unfortunately all I have of the day, but maybe others can post some more interesting shots.
Regards,
Clive
