Silverstone track evening?

+1 for me. I attended a very wet evening last year and had a great time. Brilliant circuit combined with a very well run event. I'm fairly local so I'd be up for trying to attend on an evening that suits the majority. http://www.goldtrack.co.uk/track-days#May2011

The Goldtrack evenings are starting again soon. We have had a decent turnout in recent years. Anyone up for a 944 gathering?

I would say yes, there is also instruction available.I might head up for an evening.Price seems good to me.

Never driven on a trackday but I've been to a few and would say the the Goldtrack days seen to be the best organised ones.

I'd say the PCGB ones are often better, with less cars and a more even balance; my only outing on a track was no fun at all as I spent the whole time pulling over to let faster cars through and it can't be fun for the faster cars if they're spending most of their time concentrating on the slow guys. That said, I'd think twice about the cost when Goldtrack are 99% as good at a far cheaper price, and the Silverstone evenings I've been to have been fantastic.

Definitely up for that when I get my car back, I have some ideas to try out on a good few corners and I think I have sussed out the 'trick' to get a really quick entry into Becketts on the National layout. Would be up for doing both National and Arena GP layouts this summer.

I'm in (a Honda...) Let's pick a date - anyone seen any sign of Peter E recently?

Coming back to this rather late, sorry! I am having my suspension set up next week, including having the TBs re-indexed. Will be interesting to see what difference that makes. Anyway, there is an outside chance of me being able to do the 16th May, but how about we aim for Monday 20th June? Any more takers - Peter, Tony, Paul, John S?

I will be in the sunny ( I wish!) Falkland islands for the May one, June depends whether I have made a start on the engine swap, Tony

Good for me - maybe someone could get a lovely discount code from melindi?
