Satnav issus

Thoughts welcome:
1. Porsche satnav crashes and reloads. Too often.
2. Apple Maps stops receiving battery information.

Yr23 Taycan cross turismo.
Software version 3882

OPC advised a factory reset, with no luck. car due a service in Sept so it can be looked at then.
In the meantime….?
