A topic of conversation earlier this year on Titanic forum, was RSR exhausts. These offer no power gain, just a lovely deep sound. The RSR's are a modified standard box. A fellow 993 owner recently took off his boxes, cut them open to have a look inside and see what could be done to reduce some of the silencing. He removed the 'wire wool' wrapping off the perforated section of the pipe, and reassembled and welded them back up. Back on the car, the sound is .......... exactly the same!
So does anyone know or have experience in modyfing the internal organs of rear boxs - second to just putting a by-pass pipe between the inlet and outlet!
Cheers
