Region 16 Message from new ROs

We have both volunteered to take up the role of Region 16 RO`s and would like to express our thanks to Tony and Harriet for all the stirling work they have put in over the last 10 years.

We have a few ideas of things to do but if anyone else thinks of something then please get in touch and we will look into it.
At the moment the best way of communication is through this forum so keep an eye out

We look forward to seeing you at the next club night on 16 May at the Compass Inn. As mentioned in Porsche Post the original plan was to meet for dinner first then have the meeting. Can you please let us know if you want to eat first as a table will need to be booked.

Hi Nick good to see you Sunday,
a few more people have come forward for the meal pre meeting so see you there if you can make it.
 
To those of you that are eating with us at the Compass on 16th if you could be there for 7.15 as we plan to eat at 7.30.

To all the others, we look forward to seeing you later on as usual.

We are planning on having a relaxed and informal first meeting but we do have items to discuss and your input will be much appreciated.

Hi Elaine and Stuart,

I've just returned from a 3 month sojourn overseas to find that a lot has happened in my absence! Many thanks indeed for taking over the region and I'm sorry that I wasn't able to attend your inaugural meeting last Wed - I'm sure that the meeting went very well and I'm absolutely delighted that our region is in such good hands.

Anyway I'm sure we'll meet up at one of the many Club events over the summer, so in the meantime very best wishes, John Megarry

Thanks for your kind words, Yes we had a good meeting with at least 15 people turning up.

There were some good ideas made for runs out and even a "woty" also a possible change of venue for the monthly meeting and where to have our xmas do.
Thanks to all of you for making our first meeting a good one.
