Region 15 Questionnaire

All Region 15 members should now have received their 2003 questionnaire.

Please could you complete and return this questionnaire, as it will help your committee to better understand what you are looking for from your membership of the club, and from R15 in particular. It will also help us to assess the events we have done in 2003 and events that we are already considering for 2004 and also 2005.

If you have already completed and returned your questionnaire, thank you. If you haven't, please could you do so and return it to me asap. This really does help us to know what our members think and to help us plan for the future.

If you haven't received a copy of the questionnaire, please contact me and I will be happy to send you a copy.
