I’ve run the individual parts needed through ChatGPT but not sure if I trust AI fully - would prefer human reassurance!
Do these part numbers look right? (for updated water pump so conversion kit required)

Just checked against my copy of PET (Porsche Parts Database)
Water pump: 944 106 021 22 - yes get the Geba one from D911 - £144
Timing belt: 944 105 157 04 - I got mine from Porsche and it was a Gates belt (made in the UK!) - £28.34
Balance belt:
944 102 219 04 - mega expensive from Porsche, get a Gates for £70-80 from eBay (Conti belts can be noisy)
1986 car should have a manual tensioner (1987+ cars came with the "automatic" tensioner which was basically a large spring)
Timing tension roller:
944 105 027 04 - £30 on eBay (Porsche £116!)
Timing idler roller:
944 105 273 02 - £20-30 on eBay (Porsche £40)
Balance rollers:
944 102 025 07 /
944 102 277 06 - INA £30 each from eBay (vs £60+ from Porsche)
Guide rail: 944 105 213 01 - £15 on eBay (vs £60 from Porsche)
Nuts: 999 084 092 02 (x2) - special lock nut may just have to pay the Porsche tax on these (£18 for 2)
Thermostat:
944 106 129 05 - Gates, £23 from Porsche, a few quid cheaper on eBay
You may also need these other bits for the thermostat (lock ring, and spacer ring)
944 106 929 05 - seal ring (spacer)
900 042 025 01 - Securing Ring
You only need the bits below if you have also decided to do a front end reseal? There are more parts needed than listed here, you used to be able to buy a complete front end seal kit containing all the seals - PCG 100 901 50.
Cam seal: 999 113 282 40
Balance shaft seals: 999 113 331 40
