Its not ust this Forum. Im on many old school ford forums and they are the same. As these cars go up in value folk dont want to use them as much, so they sit in the garage just looking good. Sad really
that's a good point...I can say though that no matter how much my car may increase in value (it's at least twice what I paid for it and that would be on a bad day) I'll never stop driving it, Porsche's are designed to be driven and driven hard.....mine is my only car, it's a daily driver as I hate to drive anything else, no matter what it is.....:)

I find this forum very helpful and friendly, My porsche has just had a full respray after someone did a hit and run on it , which has made me more nervous driving her as she is a thing beauty and has doubled in value i may sell her as she is to good just to be taken out a few times a year.

If you have somewhere to keep it safe and dry you might as well hold on to it now as it is better than money in the bank.

On a different subject guys...why is at that some times when I click to view the latest in a thread it takes me to an earlier page, not the last post? This doesn't always happen but taking this particular thread for example I'm always taken to IIRC page 3?

Happens in other threads now and then too...very strange??

I wish I knew, but it is quite frustrating. Not the first time I've posted on a thread only to find I was commenting on a post 2 pages back from the end. []

I tend to click on the "last post" option, not the "latest post". Easier to work back to where I last read most times.
Which browser do you use Paul. That has never worked for me and I always end up at the first page and have to scroll down looking at the dates to find the latest posts?????

Been Hiding .

although I have been on a few of the FB groups. I find them frustrating as they go round in circles and repeat every answer. al

I tend to use forums for technical knowledge and Facebook for instant hits.

Its about using the tools appropriately. FB is far easier and I dont mind the septics and what they say...after all I can just ignore it if bothers me.

Ive started using tapatalk on my phone for some of my other forums and its really good for uploading pictures direct....I havent tried for PCGB though.

I tend to pop into Tipec and PCGB every 3 months or so and have a read around, you can usually spend an hour or catching up on what you need/want to view.

Most forums have been hit hard by FB though, its just easier and the app works well on a phone.
