As usual I am organising some Porsche parking at Prescott on behalf of Region 16 and TIPEC Bristol for the final round of the PCGB Speed Championship.

See me at the September 18th R16 meeting to purchase discounted admission tickets and you will also receive a car pass to our area.

This is always an entertaining day of great motor sport with many additional attractions and in a beautiful setting too "" see http://www.prescott-hillclimb.com/events/october2011.aspx for more details.

Hi Martin

Is it possible to post tickets for the Saturday if I supply a stamped addressed envelope - I may have trouble getting to the 18th R16 meeting.

Hi Martin

Was at this months club meeting but forgot my phone with electronic my diary - duh!

Is it to late to purchase a ticket to come with R16 to prescott?

Regards

Hi, I usually go to Prescott but after an event earlier in the year where they parked the general public in a field that I had never used before I haven't been to another event; I refused to drive to where they were directing me as I could see other cars having to be pushed off the humps and bumps of the field! Will it be possible to turn up at this event and get to park with the rest of the Porsches in the better parking area or do we have to book in advance?

Thanks

Andy

Hi all,
I am a member of this club and members car park is in the field with humps and bumps, this is not generally good for low Porsches , I have only parked in this field once, and actually had to be pushed out, I have a Boxster and it was a dry day, needless to say I now always park in the visitors field which is much flatter and still on the hill site , this is where the Porsche club parked last year, as it was autumn the field was wet and a bit muddy ( hence why the normal owners parade was not allowed at lunchtime, ) , if at all possible try to lark on the visitors / camping side of the hill , this is taking the club house entrance on arrival, hope that helps .

Does anyone know what time racing starts at Prescott on Saturday 5 Oct? I hope to attend, pay at the door and park the wife's BMW where ever I am directed.

Probably from about 9am.

Another wonderful day a big thank you to Martin.

Look forward to seeing pics of the Kremer on the Hill.

Thanks to you both and to all the others for attending and making it a worthwhile display.

Good sport on the hill, plenty of other attractions and a dry day - very enjoyable!
