I have experienced several issues that my local dealership seem extremely slow to respond to and resolve. Now awaiting Porsche GB technical instruction on how to fix.
I'm interested in your experience of Porsche dealerships after sales service and support should anyone have incurred any of the following problems:
"¢ Following a wonderful summer of top down motoring I have discovered matching oil marks on both sides of my soft top that so far the dealer has been unable to remove. Allegedly caused by over oiling at manufacture.
"¢ Rear offside window vibrates. This was repaired back in April 2013 but has just started to occur again.
"¢ Following almost every visit to the dealership the car has been returning with oil stains on carpet and interior leather trim.
So fair to say I am unimpressed with the standard of this my second 911 experience
