Warranty has been a waste of money the last year has anyone got a deal on there next warranty because the year it's been?
paul_uk said:I called my OPC today to renew. Oddly they said I had to go to the OPC in person to sign the paperwork, although I had completed a DocuSign form to allow them to send me marketing info a few hours earlier. Has anyone else had to physically sign something on renewal in the past few months? My car has been under warranty and OPC maintained for 8 years and they don't need to see or inspect the car.
I think this is a single dealer issue - they delivered my car home to me and brought the paperwork with them - I signed it in my own driveway and they took it back with them. If they know you I presume that a signature is all thats required (anywhere will be fine). If they don't know you then they may ask for more ID etc. due to regs.
