LYDIARD PARK AUTO & RETRO FESTIVAL 23rd July 2016

We have had this kind invitation from the organisers of the LYDIARD PARK AUTO & RETRO FESTIVAL [FONT=calibri"]and it will be great to put on a good display for them.​

[FONT=calibri"]We would be delighted to have you involved in the Lydiard Park Auto & Retro Festival.
[FONT=calibri"]We are working in conjunction with Swindon Borough Council to create a unique event based on the automotive industry past and present
[FONT=calibri"]We are in a position at the moment to invite you as our guests if you can muster 12-15 cars. (we can waive the £5 per car fee for a number of Porsche cars)
[FONT=calibri"]We would of course offer you one of the prime positions as a main focal point of the show. It would present a great opportunity to promote the club and we know our audience would delight in having a fabulous line up of Porsche Vehicles on display.
[FONT=calibri"]Lydiard Park Auto & Retro Festival showcases the heritage of classic/vintage sports cars and looks to the future with the latest automotive icons. Set in the beautiful historic estate of Lydiard House in over 260 acres of parkland on the western fringes of Swindon, its the ideal location to get up close and personal with the cars and the enthusiasts.
[FONT=calibri"]There really is something for everyone. With entertainment, tea room, automobilia, classic car display, club stands, Best in Show prizes and retro trade exhibitors. Its sure to be a great day out ! Lydiard House, Church and Walled garden are also open over the weekend.

Last call for this event as we need to give details of all attending to receive our FREE passes.

I have just sent an email to all members on the list for their details so if you have not had one from me then you are not on the list yet,
if you could let me know by tonight (Friday 15) that would be good.

Friday and Saturday weather looks good so far and we have an impresive line up of Porsches for a fab display

Andy that's a shame, you would have made it 20 cars on display.
We are getting there for 09.30 but what time are you thinking of leaving

We have arranged to meet up at Porsche Centre Swindon Saturday morning, they are expecting us and are open from 08.30.
We will have to leave no later than 09.30 for the short drive to the park and get our cars parked neatly for the display.
We should have 19 Porsches on display and will look quite impressive so thank you for your interest in this event at short notice.
We have the passes now and will give them out at the Porsche Centre, when we leave the Centre it will be a good idea to go in some order, age of car and model so that would look good when we park up.

Sorry I can't make it - we had 3 Porsches last year so a big improvement this year! It was a very friendly event so I'm sure everyone will have a good time.
