I have owned my black 2015 991.1 GTS pdk for 7 glorious years. It’s in perfect condition, has full spec, only 19k miles and with full Porsche service history. Amazing car. The n/an engine a pure joy.
However, my children have grown, we rarely use the car now and wondering whether I should be selling (any idea on rough value?) or is it an investment vehicle to keep in the garage? Help appreciated

That's a 3-1 win, isn't it? I wouldn't say any car is an investment, modern ones at least, but if it's paid for, isn't costing you much to keep and you don't need the money why sell it? You'll only want it back when the occasion does come up and with that few miles it won't drop much either.
