Hi Mark, I generally get the Quickjacks out every six months when I swap the alloys over from my summer set to my winter set. This is when I treat the inner wheel arches a though clean and apply dressing / sealant. So yes the do get very wet. I give the lubrication points a refresh of light grease before putting Quickjacks underneath the car and a wipe down to dry off before storing the jacks, to which I store the against the garage wall.mphillips said:Carlton, question on the quickjacks if I may? Do you use them when you’re washing the car? ie are they ok getting wet and being covered in snow foam etc?
Thanks! —Mark
