Guys
You will have seen elsewhere that I have had the clutch pedal mechanism apart to replace a bush. I was already aware that the early cars had some length adjustment in the push rod, and on looking, the rod is threaded and the clevis is a separate part. Question-is there a guide as to how much this can be adjusted or is it just trial and error? Ever since I have had the car I have been burying the pedal into the carpet to get smooth changes and i'm wondering if I can improve matters.
Anyone know?
Cheers
