Cotswold Rally 2019

The R10 Rally sounds good Gary. Judging by the speed with which the Cotswold Rally sold out (130 entries in 3 days) there's clearly a strong demand for Club rally events.

Very many thanks for the offer of help John. The lure of hi-viz eh? We will indeed be needing some marshalls this year. We've already received several offers of help and have a growing list. Once we're a bit further forward with the planning and have made a site visit, we'll have a better idea of the number of volunteers we'll need. More news later.

UPDATE: We've been overwhelmed by offers of help to assist with check-in, starting and marshalling duties. As of May 1, all twenty places have now been filled.

Hi,
Yes I hope so, now the Cotswold has sold out I would appreciate it, very much, if you could promote ours to your region, spread the word so to speak and hopefully help sell ours out soon aswell.
Gary

Hi Gary

Do you use facebook for your events? If so I can share it on ours by adding the event to our calender

Graham

I think the region can but I don't, I just use the forum. It is available through the PCGB Events and our R10 Events. I wrote an e-mail to most regions and registers in December asking for it to be plugged at the regional meetings.
Any help you can give to help us sell it is very welcome.
It is also on our R10 Forum as 2019 R10 Rally.
Many thanks and regards
Gary.

Hi Gary, We're happy to mention to attendees at our next regional meeting in February; we don't hold regional meetings in December or January so this is the earliest opportunity. By all means, make a post in the R31 Forum area to promote it to the Cotswold members that still engage with the forum.

Hello, I’ve had a place for the Cotswold Rally confirmed today having been on the reserve list. Looking forward to my first PCGB outing!

John

I’m sure you’ll enjoy it, John. The Cotswold Region put in lots of hard work to ensure the event always delivers for members.

Cheers,

Chris

I had a confirmation receipt as soon as I paid for my tickets, but haven't seen anything about it since.

Will we expect an email with joining instructions etc ????

Don't want to have missed info thats already out there.
