Is it possible to get a Certificate of Authenticity for my 991.1? If so who do I contact and what information will i require? Thanks

? In what regard do you need to confirm your 991.1 is authentic?
A document that states VIN / Engine No / Gearbox No / Paint Colour / Year of Manufacture/ Options fitted. The 991.1 was too late for the under the bonnet sticker which had this information on it/

Hi, the 991.1 still has the sticker (or should).

If you want to DIY, there are plenty of sites that will provide your spec given the VIN. They will all charge though. Easiest thing to do is visit you local OPC and ask them. You used to be able to register with Porsche and add your vehicle to your account. That would then display its spec. They have changed this now so you can only add a vehicle via the My Porsche app which no longer includes the original spec.

Just visit / email an OPC. They will look it up. I think a PPN indie can do the same.

Certificates of Authenticity used to be available from Porsche Cars UK through application via the Club. These were discontinued a few years ago.
American owners are able to apply for a Porsche Production Specification (PPS), a similar document, but I'm not sure if this is available in UK. Given your VIN, your OPC should be able to provided you with the original build spec. or maybe you could contact Porsche Cars Customer Relations 03457 911 911 to see if it can provide you with something.

Regards,

Clive
