Well my car is back from Promax after various issues regarding boost leaks, turbos,smoke and strange noises have been sorted so full steam ahead for getting to Silverstone Classic next weekend. [

As the icing on the cake the car was taken up to Wayne and Chipwizards to get a remap and has come back with some fairly respectable output figures
The dyno read out is 384.5 HP @ 6710 rpm (though Wayne reckons that the machine reads aroung 10 HP over so will settle for 375 HP !) and 464Nm of torque at 5495 rpm[8D]
Suffice to say that the car feels amazing now with so much flexibilty as well as power, looking forward to enjoying the car again out on the open road which is what it's all about.
That should be the almost the last under the bonnet tweak (though still thinking an uprated intercooler would be worthwhile) now need to turn my attention to refreshing the brakes (!) maybe trying to get the aircon working and looking into the bodywork which while ok at the moment does need a bit of tlc and a front end respray at some point.
