Any Other Boxster RS60 Spyder Owners

Hi Phil,

I have had my RS60 for a couple of years and have not had any big bills in that time. It is a great drive and I would thoroughly recommend one.

When I did my research, I did have it inspected by Porsche (effectively the 111 point check that they do, so I knew they would put it onto warranty as I was buying privately). The one thing that I remember being told was expensive was the exhaust system (Unique to the RS60 and adds a few extra BHP in sport mode).

Personally, I have kept my on Porsche warranty for peace of mind.

Bought my RS60 at 10 months old in 2009 and kept it for 6 years. Did 50k miles and never had a single problem - best thing I ever bought and I regret selling it! Only the Owners know how special these cars are - they are close second to the 987 Spyder, but the RS60 sports exhaust sounds better. It’s one of the best sounding Boxsters right up there with the 981 Spyder but minus the fake pops ;)
