Air conditioning unit

Hi,
I have replaced my fan motor and noticed the 2 seals on the shut off flaps have perished.
I am struggling to find a replacement, my other option is to make a couple.
Can anyone point me in the right direction if there are any spares and where to get them from

The same happened to our valves (as in your picture) for fresh air, it was years ago but I think I used cycle inner-tube to cut new seals. Steve
