One has to ask why, at this stage, all accommodation is taken. When the Events Team of which I am a member, visited CI we were assured there was ample accommodation. Perhaps they have only released a few to PCGB.

Surely it's a simple case of them having, say, 100 rooms, and all 100 rooms have been booked? There was never going to be enough rooms for everyone to stay in one place, as there hasn't at any previous weekend events with the likelyhood of a couple of thousand members attending. One has to ask why, at this stage, all accommodation is taken. This event has been known to club members since at least April. They book the hotel directly before the PP publiushed date. Hence the rapid take up.
