Demonstrator Drive Day and 3 course lunch

Competition to win a demonstrator for the day with 3 course lunch

STOP PRESS - LIVE DRAW ON ZOOM ON 12th AUGUST IRRESPECTIVE OF NUMBER OF TICKETS SOLD!!

This year our main fund raising event for the Children's Hospice will be a day out for two persons in one of six demonstrators from Porsche Centre Exeter and a three-course lunch at a country hotel.  However, unlike previous years, this will not be a sealed bid auction at the Porsche Centre Club night but a competition run from January until June. This will give every member the opportunity to experience this great day out without having to attend the Club night and for a much lower financial outlay than the sealed bids.

How to enter.
Email the answer to the following question to r15@porscheclubgb.com

What is the name of the new Porsche EV?
a) Cayman
b) Cayenne
c) Taycan

With your answer state how many tickets you would like to purchase at £20 per ticket. There will be a limit of 10 tickets per person and a maximum of 350 tickets in the competition. If you have a preference for particular numbers between 1 and 350, state them in your email. Otherwise you will be allocated tickets by using the random number generator.

By return email you will be advised how to pay for the tickets and on receipt of payment you will be put on the list below.

The winning tickets will be selected by the Google Random Number Generator at the Club night on Wednesday 10 June. Winning numbers will be re-entered into the draw for each demonstrator so it is possible for one person to have more than one winning ticket. In this event the winner may choose what to do - give to a another member, sell it to another to raise more for the charity etc.

The demonstrators will be allocated in the order the winning tickets are drawn. However, winners may swap with other winners but must remain in the same car all day.

The date for the drive and lunch will be chosen by the Porsche Centre Exeter Principal by mutual agreement with the winners. The event will start at 9am and end at 4.30pm.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions this event will. most likely, take place in Spring 2021.

Every single pound raised by this will go to the charity so we look forward to your support in this new and exciting initiative.

The minimum number of tickets to be sold for the draw to take place will be 140. In the event that fewer than this number are sold by Wednesday 3 June 2020 then the Regional Organisers reserve the right to cancel the draw, return all monies to ticket purchasers and hold a sealed bid auction at the Porsche Centre Club night on Wednesday 12 August.

110 Sold - 30 to go to reach the minimum!
