Region 18 invited us over to join them for their July monthly meeting. A group of us met at what has become a regular start point; Toys R Us at the Metro Centre, picking up a few more cars along the A69 on our way to Sally’s Tea Room in Warwick Bridge. After a few hours of indulging in cake, coffee & chat, the meeting broke up. A number of us decided to extend the evening with a scenic drive home over Hartside pass, with a stop at the summit for photos in the sunset. We certainly have some fantastic driving roads in our region.
