My Name is Mike Thompson and I race the Project 7 Racing, number 6 Boxster S. Representing both Porsche Centre Bolton and Porsche Centre Preston, this will be the start of my 5^th full year entering the series. Along with Porsche and Bowker Motor Group, we also have a couple of sponsors helping us fund the 2025 season. I love the Boxster Cup and Porsche Club Motorsport, it's like a family of racers, organisers and helpers. Although we all want to win and its very competitive, I feel we all have a great sense of sportsmanship and share the same passion for racing!
 
We have had quite a few wins over the last couple of years, but we have yet to secure 1^st overall in the season. Even the commentator jokes that 'I am always the bridesmaid and never the bride' Hopefully this might be our year (fingers crossed) Lets see what we can do!
