For those who didn't know, Vodafone have taken over the Cobra PVTS and it's now called Vodafone Automotive
Here is a link to the web site with all the information, the change took place at the beginning of April http://automotive.vodafone.co.uk/about-vodafone-automotive/news--blog/2015/vodafone-automotive-the-new-name-for-cobra-automotive.aspx

The 24 hour stolen vehicle helpline numbers are 0844 239 0035
or from abroad +44 208 305 2026

The customer services numbers are: Cobra Customer Service (Stolen Vehicle Tracking only)
0844 239 0032
or from abroad +44 161 924 5404
Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.30
Saturday 9.00 - 13.00

If you call from a mobile use the international number, it worked for me today when I tried the numbers to see if they actually work.

Thanks. The phone numbers would appear to be unchanged, however you'd think they would let their clients know!

Just joined the club as I've bought myself a GTS as a birthday present. However, I can say that I've already had a few 'alerts' sent through for a combination of my own mistakes. I have been trying to fathom what I've been doing wrong but my latest theory is that I usual open the boot using the key and close it carefully ( normally I press on the Porsche badge ). However, I think this closing action triggers the alarm to be sent as obviously I've not jumped inside the car yet. Vodaphone have not picked up the telephone on occasions that I've called, so I've had to ring back again 10 minutes or so later. But at least I know that there is someone out there keeping watch over it to some degree. Best wishes
