A new 'London Connections' [FAQ] has been created here:

http://www.porscheclubgbforum.com/tm.asp?m=678334

This will also be added to a new regional sub-page on the club website accessed from here:

http://www.porscheclubgb.com/r20/Default.aspx

Note: At the moment you will need to login but this may change.

Edit: I have also been tidying up, more improvements will follow.

Nick, what you're doing is incredibly impressive. I'll certainly ask for this to be rolled out as a standard that every region should aim for. [:)]

Paul, don’t encourage him, he’s become a megalomaniac these last few weeks, first it was “The Firm London”, then R20, what next PCGB, Porsche AG?................... On a serious note Nick & Ed have been a God send for R20, so a big round of applause, thank you PS He is planning on his own R20 club house with Nick & Ed statues outside.................[8D]

Well done Nick, with all that work have you ever considered the IT directors role...? [;)] Way above the things I can do on the IT side of things but I still think the club should offer more assistance to do these things- certainly much more than a book and email to us.. maybe at a workers conference these are the types of things they could teach us- I already know how to read a powerpoint presentation after all [&:] garyw

A few things to sort out yet but it's good to get some positive feedback. I am trying to work out what is and isn't possible, some basics at first but then trying to push the bar up without breaking anything.

You and Ed ar doing a great job Nick, both with the R20 events, the communications and now the website. R20 will be the envy of all the other Regions pretty soon if you keep this up. Well done. PS. I am now subscribed on both Facebook and Twitter

Try this: If you are still having problems, then please email website@porscheclubgb.com with your name and membership number.

Just a quick update 'facebook' today upgraded (downgraded) their system and our page to one that runs 'time-line'. Most of the change was painless, however as with all 'upgrades' there or some bugs, the ones I have noticed: New events don't post to the 'time-line' (Wall) unless I share them. It would be useful to know from those who also run this new look if they get a notification of this event. The obvious workaround is for me to share the new events thus they appear on the wall. However for those running the old view (this ends 30th March for all) they would see this twice. There is also an annoying bug with the events tab itself, for those who have spotted the event in 2014 this is the current workaround. If there are any other 'features' you notice could you please let me know. For those who like new toys there should now be a 'message' option on the page. Other enhancements include more customisation tweaks you will notice more of these in the next few days. Hopefully the bugs will be sorted soon.
