The secret to R9 events

Having joined the club late last year and with the weather slowly improving, I’m starting to think about what club events to attend this year.

The latest issue of Porsche Post lists some R9 events but no real detail. I‘ve also seen some great posts from other regions listing their plans for the year, but there is literally nothing on the forum for this region.

And no, I’m not a member of Facebook as I dislike their privacy practices……

So what’s the secret ? Or has R9 left the forum.

No, we haven’t left the forum!

If you’d like to look at our events section on our Region page under the Regions section of the PCGB website you’ll see some of what we have planned. We will be adding more events soon, and providing more details to our event. To go even further we have just finished our first email newsletter of the year with all our upcoming events listed on it. I hope we see you at some of them. Welcome to R9.

Ah ha, thanks Tom….. it took me some searching but I found it ! Like all things obvious when you know etc…

And I look forward to the newsletter (assuming it’s not already been sent as I don’t have it), and to see you at an event soon…. Quite possibly even the next club night as I should be able to attend.

It would be great to see you at one of the meets, the first one of the year is next Tuesday at The Bear in Berkswell (Spencer's Ln, Berkswell, Coventry CV7 7BB). I'm gonna say we'll be in the room upstairs, meet starts at 7pm.
I'm looking at organising a trip to Jenvey, RPM Technik, a curry night, a trip to Dhillons Brewery and an alloy wheel refurbisher - more details to follow.
