We would like to announce an extremely special event for PCGB members, taking place at the new home of the historic Porsche Centre Kendal.

Porsche Centre South Lakes at J35 of the M6 will be hosting an open day on Sunday, 29 August from 10am-4pm to mark the special occasion of Porsche Club GB’s 60th birthday and to celebrate the extremely long relationship between the Parker family and us with the added opportunity to experience their new state of the art centre.

This will be a strictly limited and private event for PCGB members only as we will have a very special guest attending, the legendary driver of the 'number 23' Salzburg Porsche 917, Richard Attwood.

On the day we will have hospitality and refreshments, a Club stand, the Porsche Mobile Exhibition Unit, Road & Race Restorations, 991 number 23 Attwood legends car and a special Q&A with Richard Attwood with poster signings. You will also get to tour the new state of the art Porsche Centre South Lakes facility with friendly staff on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Porsche archive videos will be played on large screens as well as the special launch video for Porsche Centre South Lakes and much more. It will be a fantastic and enjoyable day, and how better to celebrate 60 years of the Club and the opening of the new home of the Parker family Porsche Centre.

The event is free to attend however registration must be completed in advance using the booking form here.

I look forward to seeing you there.
