Cayenne GTS 2016 sunroof water ingress

since late last year i noticed the radio on my car not working, I thought it needed a software update, it didn't bother me too much as the car is always in the garage and safely covered, with only 16,400 miles on the clock. Recently it had the service carried out, only to discover that water had been getting in through the sunroof. We discovered that the water had been getting into the radios amplifier, and short circuited the unit.
The sunroof is not opening either. Battery not holding its charge?
I wrote to Porsche UK they invited me to have it checked over at Porsche hatfield where I bought the car brand new. They did their usual video, they told me everything apart from what I wanted to know, why is water getting into the car? The reply was, we need to replace the sunroof seals the cost £760 before we can look further, we also have to dismantle the rear side panel which will cost in excess of £200.
obviously I’m very disappointed, I have written asking them to sort out the water leak and replace the amplifier as a gesture of goodwill to their client, as this quality of vehicle should not have water ingress through the sunroof, especially with such little usage and mostly hidden from the elements.
As fir the battery they say it has to be replaced, on a practically new car the battery is faulty. The verdict in my mind so far tells me that Porsche is not what they say they are, I’m thinking quality means something else to them.
I'm in anticipation of learning what they will do to help me? We will see. R

There was a post recently along the same lines. from memory the drains at the back of the sunroof became clogged and let the water run over the amp in the boot.
