Hi, My Macan has some stone chips on the bonnet and a small, self-inflicted, scrape on the front wheel arch. No dents, just paint damage.

Can anyone recommend a local / region body shop?

I live in Lechlade

Thank you & Regards

It’s worth trying Chipsaway or another paintless repair specialist first. One of our members, Paul Hunter, runs a ChipsAway franchise and may be able to help. He’s based in Chippenham and can be reached on 07557 110931. Otherwise, the nearest Porsche approved bodyshop is Spraymasters in Swindon.

Thank you Alan, I will contact Paul H. I have a quote from Spraymasters, clearly they are a top notch company but their quote was more than 25% higher than the highest quote I already had, which I also thought was expensive :).

Ask for Stewart ive been using him for past 7/8 years for old and new Porsches

Also at bromag is cotswold Accident Repairs. A work colleague had his door repaired by them then his wing mirror shortly after and both jobs were great (metallic grey Volvo polestar which the guy is really picky about so the job had to be perfect)

Thanks Gordon, I take a drive out there for a quote.

Hi Gordon, just to let you know that I picked up my Macan from KC Autocolurs today.
They did great work.
No fuss, straight forward and fair rates,
Will go there again.

KC Autoclours - have repainted my front bumper on a 991.2 and bonnet and wing on a show Caddy van - very pleased with the results.
