Hi,

We are visiting Caffeine & Machine this weekend and staying in Moreton on Saturday night, can anyone recommend some good driving roads in the area. It would be good to get some good exploring in on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.

Sadly my knowledge is limited to attending workers conferences at Ettington Chase and Club Office.

Probably The gentleman who arranges the Cotswold Rally is your best bet. He has organised numerous different routes for this Rally event, starting point Club office.

Absolutely.
Hopefully BartyB will read this post and make a couple of suggestions.

Me and my dad travelled from Notts to do the R31 Cotswold Rally and just following the route led us onto some great roads.

Hi Mark,
I do the rally routes there are lots to choose from in the area. If you let me know how long you want to go for I can do you a couple of options tomorrow and then you can choose which suits you best. Also if there is a specific place you want to see I can work that in for you.
an example would be as follows.
Club house
chipping norton
charlbury
burford
Bibury,
Chedworth,
Withington,
Andoversford,
Bourton on the water,
stow on the wold,
toddington
Broadway
Moreton in the marsh
this covers a good selection of roads and nice places to see. I can give you more details if you want.

Thanks guys, I will take at the routes on the Regional page.

James, that is a very kind offer, but I can't ask you to do that at this point time since it's now a bit late.

Since we are pretty much starting and ending in the same place I am sure we can fit something from the existing routes.

Hi Mark,
if you put the town names into a sat nav as you go it will give you a 85 miles run should take about 3 hours and you will enjoy the roads and scenery.
Hope you enjoy the Cotswolds.
Regards
james.
