On Sunday 1st September we are returning on another scenic Drive of the Month (DOTM) to The Classic Motor Hub at Bibury in the Cotswolds. This time the event is Coffee and German Classics, allowing us to field a greater number of Porsches than in April.

As we have already discovered, Hub events are extremely popular. This one (cost £5.00) has just 250 places which will SELL OUT VERY QUICKLY. You must PRE-REGISTER on the www.classicmotorhub.com
website to secure your place, otherwise entry will be disallowed. REGISTRATION IS ALREADY OPEN.

The historic site of RAF Bibury is home to The Classic Motor Hub; here we will be attending a special German edition of one of their regular ‘Coffee and Classics’ events, for anyone with a German classic, vintage, modern performance car, super car or motorcycle. This event promises to be an even more exciting affair than the usual Coffee and Classics, with fabulous German-inspired music, food and much more going on to give it an unmistakable Deutsch atmosphere.

Coffee and German Classics gives everyone the chance to bring their favourite German car or motorbike and show it off to fellow petrol-heads.

Selling the finest and most sought-after motor cars and motorcycles, The Classic Motor Hub is more than just a showroom, it’s a classic motorist’s dream destination in the heart of the Cotswolds selling the finest and most sought-after motor cars and motorcycles, and with a wonderful private collection of classic vehicles, all on a five acre site.

Leaving the Super Sausage Cafe at 8.15am (with two further pickups en route at Silverstone Cafe and Croughton), we will travel the 62 miles to Bibury to arrive in time for the 10am start of the event. It runs until 1.00pm, following which you can drive back independently, or join us for a Cotswold pub lunch.

if you would like to come along please reserve your space without delay! Then let me know by replying to this thread. More travel information will be provided in due course.

Happy motoring!

Nice that I'd got in earlier this week before they halt the Porsches again lol :)
All booked and will see you there. Got some friends locally bringing some other German engineering, so looking forward to seeing an eclectic mix that day and driving in a Merc, Audi, VW, BMW and Porsche convey

Just registered for this one, still plenty of spaces.

We'll meet you at Silverstone if that's ok.

Regards

Gary

Ticket bought for the motor hub (thanks to this thread for a reminder). I'll be there in my 924 and will be good to meet others from nearby regions.
