Afternoon Guys
I can't ever extoll the virtues of your local OPC enough. In my case the parts guys at Glasgow have came and went over the 16 years I've been using them but never have I been let down, always first class service and classic discount applied to all purchases.
What's prompted me to write this is that I needed a new central locking actuator rod for the passenger door. 944 537 511 00. £2.34 from OPC less 7.5% discount = £2.17 plus vat. These are on eBay brand new from the likes of 9 apart for a tenner plus delivery, D911 actually were only £2.72 plus vat plus a fiver delivery. I got 2, always good to have a spare one, so £5.20 inc. vat. They arrived in Glasgow yesterday, got my usual call and asked them to post them out to me as I couldn't get down for a few days. Arrived this morning, special delivery, postal cost £8.75! You can't beat that for service!
Yes, some parts are ridiculously expensive, but a lot are not and much cheaper than 2nd hand or unscrupulous re-sellers, and obviously free postage for smaller items!
