I've got the invoice for the most recent service but forgot to take the service book, you guys recon it's worth posting or not worth chancing?

Might just take it down there next time I go.....

LOL fair enough I was in two minds tbh, it's just my luck that it would get lost.

If we get another nice day when I am free I'll run down there then.

LOL, do the post men eat them? Or is it more of the case the workshops put them down somewhere and forget about them....

...in our case I think that's exactly what happened, Steve! It was 'apparently' sent by recorded delivery so I can't see how it was coincidentally lost in the post.

I realise that I'm probably in the minority but I've never had an item lost in the post![8|]

Not good, I trust the guys at Northway but I suppose it's best to just take it up sometime in person.

Ducati independent dealer lost service book in the post, Mercedes main dealer lost wife's service book, claim they put it in the wrong car and it never showed up. Porsche OPC lost the key to my new GTS and am getting all locks replaced tomorrow!
