WOTY

Firstly I owe everyone an apology for my lack of communication. Our computer went belly up following a power surge back in mid may. It has taken me until yesterday to regain access to my e-mail & even now I can only access via web mail.
I can confirm that all 11 of us are booked (I am told our cheques will all be banked early next week)into the hotel for the 3 nights on a B&B basis, I have also provisionally booked us into the hotel restaurant on the Friday night.
Saturday is planned as a free day to go & visit the local distillery, golf course or handmade chocolate factory or any of the other local attractions. I will make a booking at the original Loch Fyne Oyster Bar for dinner (meat & vegetarian options are available) http://www.lochfyne.com/pages/content.asp?PageID=552&RestID=71
Sunday I have a drive out around the west coast planned for the day, with a last night dinner in the hotel restaurant.
If anyone has any objections to these plans please feel free to reply with alternative ideas or suggestions for additional activities.

Graeme
great to hear that u are back on the board... the plans sound great and we are looking forward to some tarmac time!
What is the latest re the meeting point for the Friday....?
Cheers
Adam

The plan for Friday was to meet at Southwaite services about 12.30 for lunch but I have since been told that Tebay services are much nicer so I think that will become the meeting point, I am as always open to alternative suggestions should anyone have better local knowledge.

Letters have been posted on my way into work last night to everyone that has booked with finalised details.

Graeme just got back from 8 days in France to your letter, looking forward to seeing you Friday. Me and the "old man" will see you at Tebay services between 12:30 - 1pm.

Adam
