Dear All

We are in the process of organising this year's WOTY (Weekend of the Year) which will take place on 15-17 September. We will be basing ourselves close to Loch Fyne, Argyll & Bute in the south west of Scotland. It's just a short drive from Glasgow but it's remote and with beautiful scenery.

We have arranged a tour of the Hollow Mountain (Ben Cruachan power station, the world's first reverse pump hydro station) at £5.50/head on the Friday after lunch. On Saturday we have booked to have a tour of Inverary Goal at a cost of £11.25/head. On Sunday we plan a drive back across the Isle of Bute (2 ferry crossings total cost approx. £34).

The hotel now only has 3 rooms left which will be allocated on a first come/first served basis. If you are interested please email R3@porschclubgb.com and we will send you booking information.

Kind regards - Jacquie & Philip

We’re interested in the weekend and also the drive to Bute. Done the power station and the gaol so will give them a miss. John & Ruth

Hi John & Ruth

I've emailed you the booking information and noted you are not doing the power station or gaol.

Kind regards - Jacquie

What an awesome weekend, great roads, good food, lot's & lots of laughs and maybe the odd tipple or two.

Thanks to all fellow WOTYeers for making this year’s WOTY such a memorable and enjoyable experience and special thanks to Philip & Jacquie for the countless hours they clearly put in to organising it, so we could all just rock up and have a great time.

We concur with Greg’s comments a brilliant weekend with good company and excellent organisation well done Jacquie and Philip.

The “Sun Dance “ even worked again 🤣 and the quiz and reverse raffle got quite spirited, thanks to all for their contributions to a great memorable weekend.

Barbara and Mike

Completely agree with the above comments. What a weekend with some great memorable moments.

Thanks everybody

Gary and Michelle
