Winter Tyres with TechArt wheels

i have been considering having a set of winter wheels and tyres for my 991 Gen11 Targa 4S. But because it's a relatively new model with different offsets to the Gen 1 models, good S/h sets are quite rare.

However I have the chance to buy a set of correct offset TechArt 20" Alloys. Has anyone had experiance with TechArt wheels and more especially do owners think winter tyres are a worthwhile option at this time of year.
