Winter tyres for 17" wheels

Hi all,
I'm struggling to find a premium winter tyre that comes in both 205/50 r17 and 255/40 r17 With a speed rating of at least 'v'. I don't want to put different patterns on the front and back, but no one seems to supply the same tyre in both sizes.

Can an anyone point me towards a supplier who can help?

V speed rating for winter tyres - are you really thinking you might need that speed rating while conditions are not great??
 
Try Vredestein Wintrac Xtreme S. I had them on my Cayman, and they were great. They seem to do both sizes you are looking for, and are V speed rated. I got mine from Oponeo.
 
Don't worry Chrisazle, I'm not planning on going that fast even if the conditions are great! But I'm conscious of things like invalidating insurance if below-spec parts (tyres in this case) are fitted.

Thanks Richard, I've found a Porsche spread sheet (on good old Google) that lists those Vredestein tyres as Porsche Approved. Something to have a look for this weekend.
